EDR Viewer

Terms.

Purchases, activation and support.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and are subject to its Buyer Terms.

Purchase

The Full Access price is £7.99 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription. One application is used for Viewer Mode and Full Access.

Full Access activation

A licence key activates Full Access within the same EDR Viewer application. Version 2.18 supports activation on up to 2 Macs. Initial activation requires an internet connection. Saved authorization permits offline use without an offline countdown. Background verification runs while online; explicit invalidation prevents new Full Access operations. Existing results remain available to save. Deactivate this Mac in the License window to release its activation slot.

Refunds

For refund requests, email yizewu555@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. Do not include your licence key. Requests are reviewed under Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law. Refund decisions are made by Lemon Squeezy on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer an additional fixed-day refund guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party licences

Version 2.18 retains original QuB components and their GPL and third-party notices. The addition of paid activation does not remove or replace those licences. Applicable source code and notices accompany the versioned distribution; matching application source is included in the DMG and its checksum is documented with the GitHub release.
