EDR Viewer

Your data stays yours.

Your recordings belong on your Mac.

Local recording analysis

Experimental recording contents are processed locally on your Mac and are not uploaded for normal analysis. Source recordings remain read-only. Processing and exported files are kept separate.

Local settings and saved files

The application may store small preferences, settings and recording annotations locally. Analysis sessions are saved when you explicitly choose to save them; they may contain recording data.

Purchases and activation

Purchases use Lemon Squeezy. EDR Viewer 2.18 contacts the EDR Viewer authorization service, hosted on Cloudflare, to activate, verify or deactivate a licence with Lemon Squeezy. These requests include your licence key or saved authorization, device identity and cryptographic device proof as needed. Activation information is separate from experimental recording contents. Licence keys and device-bound authorization are stored in the macOS Keychain. Online background verification checks whether authorization remains valid; a temporary connection failure does not remove an existing valid authorization.
