Download
Download EDR Viewer once. The latest build is 2.18, the Apple Silicon Live edition. Download the DMG from GitHub, drag EDR Viewer to Applications, eject the DMG and open the installed app.
Full Access

Activation

In EDR Viewer 2.18, choose License → Activate / manage license… (or click License… in the toolbar). Enter the key from your purchase email and click Activate. Initial activation requires the internet; a successful activation unlocks Full Access in the same app. Up to 2 Macs can be activated.
Offline use and moving Macs
After activation, saved authorization allows offline use without a countdown. Online background checks verify that your licence remains valid; a temporary outage keeps your existing authorization. To release a slot for another Mac, connect to the internet and choose Deactivate this Mac in the License window.
Moving from the test edition
2.18 uses Live licences and stores them separately. Test keys and saved test authorizations cannot unlock it. Enter your Live key while online. Keep your test edition and its Keychain records for future testing.
Missing licence key
Check the email address used at checkout and your junk or spam folder. Contact support if your purchase email does not arrive.
Opening on macOS
Version 2.18 is the Apple Silicon Live edition with local ad-hoc signing. It is not Developer ID signed or Apple notarized. If macOS prevents it from opening, follow the instructions accompanying your download. Open the DMG, read READ FIRST, and drag the app to Applications. Eject the DMG before opening the installed app. Only use macOS Open Anyway for a download you trust.
Supported systems
Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later.
Supported formats
EDR, TXT, CSV, TSV, ATF and ABF1/ABF2. Text import requires regular sample timing. For ABF recordings with multiple sweeps, select one sweep at a time.

GitHub reports are public. Never post license keys, purchase emails or experimental data. In 2.18 or later, choose Help → Diagnostics & support… → Copy diagnostics, review the text and paste it into your report. For older builds, include your app and macOS versions. For purchase, licensing or refund requests, email yizewu555@gmail.com with your order number; do not send your licence key.
